Priyanka is a qualified company secretary and corporate lawyer with extensive experience in Indian and U.S. laws. As the founder of Juris Summit, she specialises in supporting businesses with corporate advisory, compliance, and contract structuring.

Priyanka assists entrepreneurs, business owners and legal teams with traversing legal documentation, entity structuring, and regulatory friction in their particular fields. Priyanka is known for her precision, and commercial knowledge. In addition, her practice covers many sectors including SaaS, technology, fintech, and other new markets.

Sohan Varghese is a corporate and civil lawyer with over four years of experience spanning domestic legal practice and international client collaborations. As co-founder of Juris Summit, he leads a global legal consultancy that empowers startups, founders, and enterprises with practical, cross-jurisdictional legal solutions.

His work bridges business strategy and legal structure. He offers guidance on incorporation, contracts, IP protection and M&A. He works with fast-scaling startups, U.S.- based law firms, and growing businesses that require clarity and reliability in legal processes.
